Jean Menguy

Jean Menguy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Wine Salesman at Maison des vins de Montagne - Saint Émilion. In 2012, they also served as a Research Assistant in the Photonics and Materials Sciences department at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique.

From 2014 to 2015, Jean worked as a Marketing Engineer Assistant at PRIMUS SOFT, where they gained skills in web marketing prospecting and market analysis.

In 2015, they joined Viavi Solutions as a Technical Marketing Engineer Assistant, where they developed skills in marketing tools production and product launch.

In 2016, they worked as a Technical Sales Engineer Assistant at ID Quantique SA, focusing on customer relations and business development.

Later in 2016, Jean joined CNH Industrial as a V.I.E., responsible for marketing and communication on Austrian and Swiss markets, including pricing processes and marketing budget management.

From 2017 to 2023, they held multiple roles at HGH Infrared Systems, starting as a Sales Engineer for Optronic Devices Testing Equipment in the EMEA market. Later, they became a Product Manager for Optical Ground Support Equipment for space applications, with a focus on enhancing product performance and developing new solutions.

Most recently, Jean joined Cailabs in 2023 as a Business Development Manager for Laser Communications.

Jean Menguy completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Engineering at Université de Bordeaux from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued an Engineering Degree (M.Eng.) in Metrology Systems & Business Engineering at Polytech Lille. In 2015, they also completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) at Technische Universität Graz.
