Matt De Beer

Matthew de Beer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and private equity. As the Vice President and Finance Manager at Cain International since January 2022, Matthew has honed financial management skills following a role as Group Financial Manager at Rawson Property Group from September 2017 to June 2020. Previous positions include serving as Audit Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where Matthew specialized in real estate services. Additional experience was gained at Kleinwort Benson in real estate fund administration and earlier at Deloitte in audit and financial advisory roles. Matthew holds several professional qualifications, including Certified Public Accountant and CA(SA), alongside a CFA Level I. Academic credentials include a P.G.Dip.Acc in Financial Accounting and a B.Com in Financial Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town.
