Mark Milstein

Mark Milstein has extensive experience in operations and leadership within the consumer collections industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Caine & Weiner since March 2010, Mark has also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Consumer Collections at the same company. Mark's career includes a role as Director at CU Users, Inc. from 2005 to the present, and as Principal at ARM Associates LLC from 2008 to March 2010. Earlier in professional experience, Mark was the Director of Operations at The Best Service Company from June 1995 to December 2008. Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and was a Fellow in the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs at the Coro Foundation from 1994 to 1995.
