Omar A.

Omar A. serves as the Policy and Advocacy Coordinator at CAIR-CA since April 2022, following a role as a Research Assistant at UC Davis from June 2020 to January 2023, where analysis of Hadith Literature was conducted. Previously, Omar worked as a Sales Development Representative at Renno and as a Civic Engagement Intern at CAIR-CA, focusing on increasing civic engagement during the 2020 elections amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes management at Jersey Mike's Subs from July 2017 to September 2019. Omar A. holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis, where studies were completed between 2019 and 2022, and attended American River College from 2017 to 2019.
