Susan Carroll has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Susan is currently the Head of HR at Cairn Homes plc since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CityJet from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Head of HR and Head of HR Operations & Shared Services. During their time at CityJet, they played a pivotal role in the company's significant expansion, set up HR infrastructure in new countries, managed HR operations, and represented the company in various legal proceedings and negotiations.

Before joining CityJet, Susan worked at Sky Handling Partner from 2003 to 2014, where they held the role of Employee Relations & Development Manager UK & Ireland and later became an HR Business Partner. Susan was responsible for designing employee relations programs, resolving workplace conflicts, and managing negotiations during periods of reorganization and mergers. Susan also played a key role in overhauling the recruitment process, improving compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Susan's earlier work experience includes a role as an HR Advisor at St Michael's House in 2003, an HR Assistant at Travelmad/Go Ireland from 2000 to 2001, and an HR Administrator at Irish Life in 2000.

Susan Carroll earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The National College of Ireland from 1996 to 1999. Susan then pursued a Master's degree in Business from Technological University Dublin from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development from 1996 to 1999.
