Ahmad Ali has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems from Zarqa University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Yarmouk University. Ahmad has worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Huawei, Receptionist at Resthills hotel, Customer Service Agent at Amazon, and currently holds the position of Call Center and Customer Service Specialist at Cairo Amman Bank.
