Carlene Phipps

Carlene Keane-Phipps currently serves as the Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Cairo Diagnostics, LLC, and previously held the same title at CBLPath, where also served as the Sr. Director of Operations. Carlene holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Iona University and has pursued education at Stony Brook University.
