Zachary Nelson, Ph.D., has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Zachary is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CAI Software, LLC since September 2022.

Prior to that, Zachary worked at IDEXX, starting in June 2011. Zachary also facilitated the deployment of learning solutions and maintained top-talent pools within the organization.

Zachary's career began at Advocate Health Care, where they served as the Director of Organizational Development. Zachary was responsible for the creation and deployment of leadership development and organizational development processes for a fully integrated health care delivery system with eight hospitals and over 25,000 employees.

Zachary Nelson, Ph.D. completed their undergraduate studies at Boston College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Following that, they pursued further education at DePaul University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
