Leonard Damiani

Leonard Damiani is a seasoned professional in real estate finance with extensive experience across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since April 2024, Leonard previously held key positions at Otera Capital, including Vice President and Regional Director for Real Estate Lending. Leonard's earlier experience includes project management at Cityzen Development Group and a director role in interim and construction financing at CIBC. Leonard holds an MBA in Finance from York University - Schulich School of Business and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
