Alvaro Alamillo

Alvaro Alamillo's work experience includes a senior director role at CaixaBank, where they focused on origination and structuring of trade finance solutions. Prior to this, they served as a trade and working capital director at Banco Sabadell, where they worked directly with customers and global banks to increase trade finance assets. Alvaro also held the position of head of international partnerships at Santander UK, where they supported UK corporates in growing internationally. In addition, Alamillo worked as an international desk director and trade finance product manager at Santander Bank, N.A., providing financial services to US and foreign clients. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Banco Santander, China Global Services, ICEX, and LAN Airlines.

Alvaro Alamillo has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad de Alcalá. Alvaro also holds a European Asian Business Certificate in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Macau.
