Pablo Pérez-Montero

Pablo Pérez-Montero has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Pablo is currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainable Finance and ESG Advisory at CaixaBank, where they lead the promotion of sustainable financing solutions for corporate, institutional, and international clients. Prior to this role, Pablo held the position of Executive Director and Head of Corporate Loans and Sustainable Finance at Banco Santander Chile, where they were responsible for originating and executing various financing solutions for corporate clients. Pablo also worked at BBVA Chile as a Director in Corporate and Investment Banking, where they specialized in origination, advisory services, and structuring financial solutions for corporate clients. Pablo has also worked at BBVA Corporate and Investment Banking, focusing on corporate lending and portfolio financing, as well as structured and project finance. Pablo began their career as a Trainee Financial Solutions at Ford Motor Credit Company, where they gained experience in finding financial solutions for clients. Pablo Pérez-Montero attended Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar in Madrid from 1986 to 1998. Pablo then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at CUNEF from 1998 to 2003. In 2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IE Business School. In 2022, they completed a program in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge. In 2023, they briefly attended IESE Business School, studying Technology in Business Management/Data Processing.
