Roger Soler Blanch

Roger Soler Blanch is an accomplished finance and risk regulatory reporting specialist with extensive experience at CaixaBank since June 2003, where the roles have included Senior Manager of Finance & Risk Regulatory Reporting, End User Services & Mobility, and Innovation Project Manager. Roger has been instrumental in various innovative projects, enhancing business value through technology initiatives, and has managed both national and international teams. Additional involvement includes serving as Conseller on the Board of the Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Tarragona and participating in the family business Cellers Blanch. A founder of TCM Interactiva, Roger has also contributed to youth empowerment through a volunteer program with Fundació la Caixa - Junior Achievement.
