Ruben Sebastian Padilla Aranda

Ruben Sebastian Padilla Aranda has extensive experience in Information Technology project management, currently serving in the role of Desarrollo de Soluciones at Caja Popular Mexicana since October 2011, overseeing project requirements, system maintenance, quality, and testing. Previously, Ruben Padilla Aranda held the position of Gerente de Proyectos de TI, managing the IT project portfolio, vendor negotiations, and budgeting from 2001 to 2011. Early career experience includes serving as Director de sistemas at Caja Popular Alianza, where the focus was on developing and implementing transaction systems, and as a Technician at Alestra de AT&T, managing installation information for fiber optics. Ruben Padilla Aranda holds a Master's degree in Tecnologías de Información Empresarial from Universidad la Salle Bajio and a degree in Ingeniería en sistemas computacionales from Instituto Tecnologico de Leon.
