Alison Green

Alison Green is an experienced Director and Coach at WOMBA, focusing on building inclusive cultures and providing coaching programs for working parents. Since 2017, Alison Green has operated Alison Green Coaching, delivering executive coaching for leaders and entrepreneurs. Roles include Non-Executive Director and ESG Committee Chair at The Eggfree Cake Box, and Ashridge Coach at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. Alison Green has previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Optima Health, Head of Marketing and Communications at AXA PPP Healthcare, and held various marketing positions at AXA UK, Hakuhodo, and WPP Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology from The Open University, and a BA (Hons.) in Business Studies (Marketing) from London Metropolitan University.
