Reuben Chan

Reuben Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various social media and research roles. In 2011, they worked at the Ministry of Manpower as a Customer Service Officer. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Associate at Red Dot Ventures Pte Ltd. In 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore. Starting in 2016, Reuben joined Lenovo as a Social Media Analyst until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Social Media Analyst and later as a Senior Social Media Analyst. Reuben then joined Mediacorp Pte Ltd in 2020, where they had various roles, including Social Media Listening & Analytics Manager and Social Media Lead. In 2022, they moved to Bybit as a Social Media Lead and then joined Cake DeFi in 2023 as the Head of Social. Throughout their career, Reuben has been responsible for social strategy development, content creation, analytics, team management, and building online communities. Reuben has also focused on establishing social analytics frameworks, monitoring brand activities, and maximizing reach and engagement for client campaigns.

Reuben Chan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore, completing their education journey from 2011 to 2015.
