Joli Hatch

Joli Hatch serves as the Director of Marketing at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa since March 2023, overseeing marketing initiatives for the wellness center and collaborating with various departments to enhance brand cohesion and promote events. Prior to this role, Joli spent nearly 14 years at Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort, beginning as Corporate Sales Manager, then advancing to Marketing Manager, and ultimately serving as Assistant General Manager, where responsibilities included operations management across multiple departments and accountability for a team of 70 staff members. Earlier experience includes a role as New Home Sales Manager at Richmond American Homes and a position as Director of Development for Athletics at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where Joli focused on fundraising efforts. Joli holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
