Caitlyn Colbert

Caitlyn Colbert currently serves as a Benefits Advisor and previously held the position of Claims Specialist at Patriot Angels since November 2023. In addition, Caitlyn is the Owner and Head Roaster of Cold Bear Coffee, operational since June 2014, offering Fair Trade, Farm Gate, and Direct Trade specialty coffee. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie from November 2022 to February 2024, and a Bartender at Southern Social from August 2022 to February 2024. Caitlyn also contributed significantly to Boys Ranch, working as a Family Casemanager and Transitional Living Program Coordinator from June 2018 to July 2022, along with serving as an Immersion Program Specialist. Earlier roles include Camp Program Director and Intern + Coffee Roaster at Youthfront, and a Resident Assistant during a cross-cultural experience at Southwest Baptist University, where Caitlyn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural Studies with a focus on Fiber Arts.
