Irit Yogev

Irit Yogev has over 16 years of professional experience. irit started their career at Tefen Management Consulting in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for 5 years. In 2007, they joined Cal and took on the role of Project Manager for Operational Excellence before being promoted to Head of Operational Excellence (Organization & Methods) in 2010. In their role, they initiated strategic projects, collaborated with external consulting firms, and worked closely with senior management to establish business objectives. In 2013, they joined Cal (Israel Credit Cards) as the Director of Business Operations, where they successfully led a team of 30 managers and employees, formulated long-term strategies, implemented monitoring plans, and drove strategic initiatives focused on credit, payments, sales, and customer service.

Irit Yogev completed a Directors' and Officers' course at Reichman University in 2018. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The College of Management Academic Studies. irit'seducational journey began at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
