Jennifer Luedtke, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience. Jennifer began their career as a Summer Park Ranger and Office Assistant for the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they were responsible for data entry, park patrol, and money collection. Jennifer then worked as a Marketing and Education Intern for the Booth Western Art Museum & Bartow History Museum, where they designed marketing materials and conducted consumer research. Jennifer later gained experience in human resources, working as a Temporary Employee for Ashton Staffing and then as a Human Resources employee for Shaw Industries, where they handled performance records, enrollment, and exit interviews. Jennifer then worked as an Administration and Human Resources Assistant for the Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, where they managed employee benefits and orientation. Jennifer further expanded their HR expertise at Harrison Medical Center, serving as a Human Resources Business partner and providing assistance with HR issues, talent acquisition, and labor relations. Jennifer currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources for Cal Poly Corporation, overseeing HR operations, office procedures, and staff training.
Jennifer Luedtke, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Reinhardt University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Be an Effective Hybrid or Virtual Employee" and "Enhance Your Productivity with Effective Note-Taking," both obtained in July 2023. Jennifer also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they earned in April 2015 from SHRM.
