Jill Connelly

Jill Connelly, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee benefits, compensation, and development. Since 2004, Jill has been the Human Resources Manager at Cal Poly Partners, managing programs for over 240 full-time employees and overseeing learning and development initiatives for more than 2,000 individuals. Prior to this role, Jill served as an Employee Development Specialist at Cal Poly Partners and as the Human Resources Director at San Luis Obispo County Y.M.C.A., where responsibilities included legal compliance, recruitment, and employee relations. Early career experience includes roles in recruiting and human resources coordination at Newport Corporation and OneMain.com. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
