Brittany Hardesty

Brittany Hardesty currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cal Poly Partners since December 2023, following a role as Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this position, Brittany worked as a Recruitment Consultant at BH Talent Acquisition from December 2019 to December 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Mcm Financial Services Inc. from March 2020 to February 2022 and as an Executive Assistant at Total People Management in early 2020. Brittany Hardesty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico, completed in 2019, and also studied at the University of Mannheim from 2017 to 2018. Education was completed with a High School Diploma from Carlsbad High School in 2015.
