Andrew Phillips

Andrew Phillips is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and structural engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at CALA Group Limited since September 2021, Andrew has previously held positions such as Development Engineer at Barratt Developments plc and Senior Civil Engineer at Fairhurst. With extensive experience beginning as a Civil Engineer specializing in Roads & Drainage at Dandara Ltd, and earlier roles including Structural & Civil Design Engineer at Cameron + Ross and GIS Technician at Virgin Media, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, data integration for fibre optic systems, and proficient use of design software like AutoCAD. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HNC in Civil Engineering from Stow College Glasgow.
