Magnus Karlsson

Magnus Karlsson has extensive experience in product development and technical advisory roles, currently serving as Product Development Manager, Product Owner, Senior Technical Lead, and Senior Technical Advisor at Calabrio, Inc. since June 2019. Prior experience at Teleopti from August 1998 to October 2021 includes positions such as Senior Technical Advisor, Incident Manager, Technical Consultant Manager, Head of Customer Support, and System Developer, where Magnus contributed to the development of the award-winning Teleopti WFM software. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a focus on IT and Systems Analysis from Umeå University.
