Matt Kroulik

Matt Kroulik has extensive experience in solutions engineering and technical implementations, currently serving as Manager of Solutions Engineering at Calabrio, Inc. since May 2011, where responsibilities include supporting sales and providing technical expertise for Calabrio's Workforce Optimization software. Previous roles at Calabrio include Implementation Supervisor, Technical Solutions Architect, and Senior Implementation Engineer, focusing on software installation and customer consultations. Prior to Calabrio, Matt served as a School Bus Driver for First Student, ensuring the safe transportation of children, and served as a Sergeant and 63B Vehicle Mechanic in the Army National Guard, leading maintenance teams for military vehicles. Matt holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology, earned in 2011.
