Tanya Chew

Tanya Chew is a dedicated recruiter with experience in digital assets and technology-driven companies. Currently, Tanya works at Caladan, a pioneering market-maker in digital assets, since April 2022, focusing on recruitment. Previously, Tanya held talent acquisition roles at Grab, where involvement included end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, and TikTok, contributing to the Trust & Safety team. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at DHL Supply Chain, managing a high volume of recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic, and an internship at UNIQLO, where Tanya enhanced onboarding processes. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Management with Communications from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic.
