Anthony McCollum

Anthony McCollum possesses extensive experience in quality management and compliance within the food industry. Since April 2015, Anthony has held various roles at Calbee America, advancing from Sanitation Manager to Corporate Quality and Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Food Safety Coordinator at City Brewing Company and Quality Supervisor at ConAgra Foods. Anthony began a career in quality assurance at Dutch Quality House as a QA Supervisor. Anthony's educational foundation is a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Southern Mississippi, completed between 1981 and 1986.
