Nishith Kumar Datta

Nishith Kumar Datta possesses over 30 years of extensive experience in IT and communications system management. Currently serving as Head of Data Protection, Cyber Risk and Compliance at Titan Company Limited since January 2024, Nishith has previously held the position of Director of Technology Innovation and Support Division at the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) from August 2020 to August 2023. During tenure with the Indian Army's DGIS from June 2018 to August 2020, Nishith developed organization-wide policies for IT procurement and asset management, enhancing security and resource utilization. Nishith holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed between 2002 and 2004, and has received foundational education at KV Borjhar, Assam from 1974 to 1986.
