Joseph Beard

Joseph Beard possesses a diverse background in facilities maintenance and production management, with over two decades of experience in various industries. Currently serving as Facilities Maintenance Manager at Calbee North America, LLC since March 2020, Joseph previously held roles as Production Supervisor/Purchasing at Thermos L.L.C. from March 2015 to January 2020 and Purchasing Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. from June 2000 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Joseph contributed as Temporary Help Supervisor and Conversion Press Mechanic, where responsibilities included team management, safety orientations, quality control, and mechanical maintenance. Joseph is a graduate of South Panola High School.
