Olivia Siagian

Olivia Siagian has a diverse work experience spanning a decade. olivia started as a freelance psychology consultant in 2010 before moving on to PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk, where they served as a management trainee, HR downstream officer, and people development officer. In 2014, Olivia joined Royal Lestari Utama as an organization development specialist, concurrent with their role as a recruitment specialist. Currently, they hold the position of organization development & recruitment section head at Calbee-Wings Food, starting in 2020.

Olivia Siagian obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Sumatera Utara. olivia'seducation at the university took place from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Olivia also holds several certifications, including "Leadership - Intermediate" from Wings Group Indonesia (Sayap Mas Utama) in October 2022 and "Training of Trainer" from the same institution in August 2022. olivia received certifications in "Career Path & Succession Planning" from Knowcap Event Organizer (PT. Kreasi Cipta Asia) in December 2018, "Designing Competency Model" from PPM Manajemen in November 2018, and "Assessment Center Assessor Certification" from PPM Manajemen in April 2017.
