Benjamin Mills

Benjamin Mills has extensive work experience in groundskeeping and landscaping. Benjamin started their career in 2001 as the owner and director of SB Landscapes. In 2012, they joined Veolia as a team leader and supervisor. After that, they worked as a contracts supervisor at Fountains from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the gardens and grounds manager at Avenue House Estate Trust until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Grounds & Landscaping at Calber Facilities Management Ltd.

Benjamin Mills has a diverse education history. Benjamin attended Pershore college from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services. In 2014, they received several certifications, including Level 2 safe use of handheld hedge cutters, Level 2 chainsaw maintenance and cross-cutting, Felling and processing trees up to 380mm, level 2 safe use of pesticides pa1 pa6 pa06a pa06aw, and Level 2 safe use of pedestrian controlled mowers. In 2013, Benjamin obtained a Level 2 Environmental focus certification from OCR, as well as a Level 2 safe use of Strimmers/brushcutter certification from CITY AND GUILDS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (INCORPORATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM). Additionally, they completed a Level 2 safe use of Ride on mowers certification in 2011 from CITY AND GUILDS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (INCORPORATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM), and an Inland boats pilots licence from Bssc in 2009.
