Cliff Brouhard

Cliff Brouhard is a professional civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering roles. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Fulshear since January 2021, Cliff previously held the position of Traffic Engineer at Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and served as the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Missouri City, Texas, from February 2018 to January 2021. Cliff earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from McNeese State University between 1995 and 2000.
