Pamela Guillotte

Pamela Guillotte is an experienced engineering project manager currently serving at Calcasieu Parish Police Jury since September 2021. Prior to this role, Pamela held various positions at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development from September 2013 to May 2021, including Permit Specialist and Engineering Tech 4 in the Permit Section. Pamela began their career at R. E. Heidt Construction as a Finish Roller Operator from April 2011 to September 2013. Pamela holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, earned between 2011 and 2013.
