Mia Beiman

Mia Beiman currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Calcium+Company, where responsibilities include managing the applicant tracking system, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, and performing reference checks. Prior to this role, Mia gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Brickworks Building Products and lululemon, and worked in various capacities such as a Design Studio Intern at zant and a Social Media/PR Intern at Sirota Public Relations, LLC. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR). Mia graduated from Pascack Valley High School in 2019.
