Jean-Michel Weiss has extensive experience in customer service and support within the EMEA region at Caldera, where tenure began in 2004. Currently serving as Regional Customer Service Manager and previously as Support Team Leader, Jean-Michel has a solid background in customer support and training. Educational credentials include an HND/BTS in Administration & IT from CCI Campus Alsace and an HND/BTS in Industrial Information Technology from ORT Strasbourg.
