Jonathan Hambling

Jonathan Hambling has held various roles in HR and Organizational Development throughout their career. Jonathan started their career as an Assistant HR Officer at the University of Worcester in 1997 and then worked as an HR Officer at Westminster City Council from 1998 to 2002. Jonathan joined Warrington Borough Council in 2002 and held multiple positions including HR Officer, HR Manager, Senior HR Consultant, and Assistant Head of HR. In 2012, they became the Head of HR and Organisational Development at Calderdale College.

Jonathan Hambling received a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from Leeds Beckett University in 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Historical & Political Studies at Huddersfield University from 1990 to 1993.
