Bianca Ferreira Freire

Bianca Ferreira Freire is an experienced Operational Excellence Manager currently overseeing the Continuous Improvement Program for the EMEA Refractories sites at Calderys, with responsibilities spanning multiple countries including France, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, and Hungary. Previously, Bianca held the same title at Imerys, managing Continuous Improvement initiatives in Southern Europe across France, Italy, Hungary, and Turkey. Earlier roles included serving as an Operational Excellence Specialist in Brazil, focusing on a wide range of continuous improvement projects, and as an Engineering Trainee responsible for various operational programs. Bianca began a foundation in engineering through a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, followed by a degree in Mining Engineering at Universidade Federal de Alfenas, where involvement in scientific research projects further solidified expertise in the field.
