Bianca Lindau

Bianca Lindau is an Associate at CALDWELL since September 2022, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel for emerging businesses, assisting with entity formations and structuring, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on intellectual property protection strategies. Previously, Bianca worked as a Research Attorney at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and as a Research Assistant at Hogan Lovells, focusing on trademark, patent, and procedural legal issues. Early experience includes a legal internship at Lubberger Lehment, where research on intellectual property rights was conducted, and a legal clerkship at Landgericht Hamburg. Additional internship experience was gained at Schertz Bergmann Rechtsanwälte, specializing in media and press law. Bianca holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Cornell Law School and a Diplom Jurist from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, with further studies at King's College London.
