Shelley Shirer

Shelley Shirer serves as the Business Systems Manager at Caldwell Tanks, Inc. since October 2013, with a focus on developing and enhancing the Business System to comply with customer, internal, ISO 9001:2015, and regulatory requirements. Recently recognized for implementing a Quality Management System and achieving ISO Certification within a short timeframe, Shelley has previously held various roles including Manager responsible for corporate ISO 9001 Certification implementation, Civil Contract Administrator at RecoverCare LLC, Accounts Payable Manager at Hotel Specialists, LLC, and Project Coordinator at both Stonebridge Hospitality and Robert R. Shirer & Sons, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc., along with studies at Columbia State Community College and Las Positas College.
