Tom Leader

Tom joined Caledonia in 2017 and heads up Caledonia Private Capital. He also sits on the boards of Seven Investment Management and Stonehage Fleming.

Tom started his career in the management consultancy practice of Coopers & Lybrand and brings over 26 years of private equity experience to the team: at Nova Capital Management, where he was Chief Investment Officer, Baring Private Equity Partners, and Morgan Grenfell Private Equity.
