Danika Williams

Danika Williams, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of HRIS & HR Shared Services at Caleres, Inc. since October 2013. Danika has held multiple roles within the company, including HR Shared Services Lead, Specialist in Field HR Business Partner, and various supporting roles in HR and consumer services. Prior to joining Caleres, Danika worked as a Restaurant Manager at The Wendy's Company and served as an Eligibility Specialist for the State of Missouri. Danika began a career in management as an Assistant Manager at Jack in the Box and has a foundation in customer service from earlier positions. Danika holds a diploma in Cosmetology from Lindenwood University and graduated from North County Technical High School.
