Doug Koch

Doug works closely with the CEO on a variety of strategic projects for Caleres in addition to working with the investment committee and the Caleres Cares Charitable Trust. He joined the company in 2000 and has served in a variety of human resources roles including Chief Human Resources Officer. He has more than three decades of experience in human resources and operations with various companies including American Retail Group, The Sports Authority, and Macy's.
