Lauren Brozic

Lauren Brozic is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School Science Teacher at Calgary Catholic School District since September 2013, specializing in teaching Science 10 and Biology 20. Lauren's involvement in extracurricular activities includes roles as head coach of the high school swim team, robotics coach, and participation in the Science Olympics/SET team and grad committee. Prior experience includes teaching grades 7-9 math and science, coaching various school sports, and organizing academic contests. Prior to those roles, Lauren held positions as Summer Club Head Coach at Cascade Swim Club, where achievements included winning the Region E Small Team Award and qualifying swimmers for provincial championships. Earlier experience also includes programming day camps for children and assisting in preschool classes. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and an Honors Bachelor of Science from Western University, with continuing education in additional qualifications from the Ontario Ministry of Education.
