Mark Crean

Mark Crean is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in construction and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Development Coordinator at Calgary Municipal Land Corporation since December 2019, Mark has previously held roles including Construction Project Manager at Anthem Properties Group Ltd., where responsibilities included managing projects from development permits to occupancy. With earlier experience as a Junior Project Manager at Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. and Assistant Project Manager at Newland Construction Ltd., Mark has demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement. Mark’s engineering background includes a role as a Civil Structural Engineer at Hayes Higgins Partnership, where Mark managed design and construction projects valued up to $60 million. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Management Engineering and degrees in Civil and Transport Engineering, as well as Civil Engineering.
