Michael Jaconette has extensive experience in the legal field. Michael started their career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at Calhoun County Prosecutor's Office in 1993 and worked there until December 2010. In 2011, they joined Calhoun County, MI as a Probate Judge and later became the Chief Probate Judge. Since January 2016, they have been serving as the Chief Judge at Calhoun County Courts.
Michael Jaconette attended the University of Michigan from 1982 to 1987 and earned an A.B. degree in Psychology. Michael then pursued their legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law from 1989 to 1992 and graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree.
