Keon Smith

Keon Smith is an accomplished intelligence analyst with extensive experience in management and readiness. At Calhoun International since April 2020, Keon currently holds the position of Intelligence Analyst. Previously, Keon served as a Senior Analyst at E3 Federal Solutions and as a DCIPS HR Analyst at Calhoun International. Notably, during tenure at the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, Keon operated as Senior Manager, assisting over 300 personnel in diverse operational areas. Keon also held the role of Operations Manager at the United States Army Physical Disability Agency, focusing on workforce planning across multiple locations. Keon holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BA in Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
