Steve Robb has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Stephen "Steve" began their career as a Colonel in the USMC, serving for 30 years until 2005. Following this, Steve worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate from 2004 to 2011. Stephen "Steve" then became an Independent Consultant at MBO Partners, specializing in Intelligence-Operations-Planning Solutions, Organizational Design, and Strategic Communication. From 2012 onwards, Steve has been the Vice President of Business Development at Calhoun International, where they are responsible for executing the company's strategic plan and leading business capture efforts.

Stephen "Steve" Robb has a diverse education history. In 1967, they attended Mehlville Senior High School and completed their high school education in 1970. Stephen "Steve" then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1971 to 1975. Afterward, in 1980-1981, they attended the Defense Language Institute, where they focused on Korean language studies. From 1983 to 1984, Stephen engaged in the Post Graduate Intelligence Program at the Defense Intelligence Agency, specializing in Indications and Warnings as well as Soviet Concentration in Intelligence. In 2007-2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. Lastly, in 2011, they attended Villanova University to obtain a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
