Rob MacNaughton

Rob MacNaughton serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Calibrate, a metabolic health company dedicated to transforming chronic disease treatment. Concurrently, Rob holds the position of Operating Partner at Madryn Asset Management and Venture Chair at Redesign Health, a venture studio focused on healthcare innovation. Additionally, Rob is the Executive Chair of the Board of Directors at Frontier Dermatology and an Investor & Board Member at Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC, where strategic direction and operational guidance are provided. Rob also serves in advisory roles for SkyPoint Cloud, Caribou, Opanga Networks, and Honey Mama's. Rob's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance/Accounting from Queen's University, supplemented by an international exchange program at Nyenrode Business University.
