Kip Johnson

Kip Johnson has a diverse work experience in the field of training development and logistics analysis. Kip started their career at AEgis Technologies in 2013 as a Senior Military Analyst, where they played a crucial role in the transformation of institutional training and relocation of training headquarters. Kip then moved to Alion Science and Technology in 2015 as a Logistics Analyst, providing analytical support for watercraft logistics requirements development and modernization in the U.S. Army. Currently, they are working at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as the Director of Training Development, where they supervise training developers and oversees the training development process for the Army Force Management School. Kip'sresponsibilities include assessing the effectiveness of the Training Development Capability program and developing standard operating procedures to support training, analysis, and review boards.
