Leigh Ann Harwell

Leigh Ann Harwell has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Leigh Ann began their career as a Management Information System Analyst at Disc Manufacturing, Inc in 1986. Leigh Ann then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Ferguson-Williams, Inc, providing IT support for the Base Support Contract and various U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contracts. In 1990, Leigh Ann became an IT Manager at BAMSI, Inc. Leigh Ann later joined Computer Data Systems Inc as a Senior System Engineer in 1993.

From 1995 to 1999, Leigh Ann worked as a Senior System Analyst at SESI, Inc & NCCIM, LLC. During this time, they served as the lead for the Ranges and Training Lands Program software development team, managing the development and implementation of DoD-wide RFMSS versions.

In 1999, Leigh Ann joined Mantech as a Senior Military Training Manager, where they facilitated Urban Operations training and served as a Special Operations Forces Training LNO. Leigh Ann also worked as an event planner and coordinator for military urban operations training.

From 2009 to 2011, Leigh Ann worked at Chickasaw Advisory Services, LLC as a Consultant and then as a Project Manager for the Fort Knox DPTMS Range Operations Personnel Support Contract, providing various types of support to the Fort Knox Range and Training Complex.

Leigh Ann then served as a Military Training Technical Advisor/SME at R. WARD & ASSOCIATES, INC. from January 2012 to October 2012, providing military range operations and training expertise to U.S. Army ATSC/TCM-Live Sustaining Range Program customers worldwide.

In November 2012, Leigh Ann joined Parsons Corporation as a Senior System Analyst, supporting the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Army Capabilities Manager - Ranges.

Currently, Leigh Ann works at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as a Senior System Analyst, supporting the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Proponent Office - Ranges.

Throughout their career, Leigh Ann has gained extensive experience in system analysis, military training, range operations, and IT management.

Leigh Ann Harwell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville State University.
