Tanuj S. started their work experience at IMC, Inc. in 2003 as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they developed and maintained J2EE based web applications and implemented Selenium and JUnit testing for automated testing, resulting in a 30% decrease in deployment time. Tanuj also reduced the process of annual data updates for the Management Decision Support application by 80%. In 2008, Tanuj became a Lead Consultant at IMC Inc. and streamlined the tracking process for research-based programs, using software engineering methodologies to improve efficiency and automate tasks. Tanuj joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. in 2014 as a Program Analyst, taking on responsibilities such as developing multiple applications, strategic planning, and project management. Tanuj later became the NIDA Informatics Program Manager, where they managed a team and acted as the primary liaison between CALIBRE and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.

Tanuj S. completed a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended the University of Bridgeport, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
